Ringo Starr was on the roof of Capitol Records in Hollywood yesterday, where he raised the only official Beatles flag in celebration of yesterday's D-V-D release of Help. The 12-by-18-foot flag, featuring the cover art from the D-V-D, will fly above the tower through November 16th. Between now and 6:00 p-m [ET] on the 18th, fans can bid on it via E-Bay. Not only can you win the flag, which comes with a signed certificate of authenticity from Ringo, but also a trip for two to London plus a deluxe, limited-edition Help D-V-D boxed set. All proceeds from the auction will go to the Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy Foundation.
