DON'T TASE MY BRO REMIX!

Last month, we told you about 21-year-old Andrew Meyer. . . he's the University of Florida student who wouldn't stop questioning SENATOR JOHN KERRY at a campus event, so he was restrained by the campus police.

And, even though he begged the officers, quote, "Don't Tase me, bro!". . . they DID, in fact, Taser him.

The whole thing was caught on video, and became a MONSTER YouTube sensation.

Well. . . yesterday, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement released its report on the incident and decided that the officers did NOT use excessive force on Meyer.

The report says that the police tried to remove Meyer from the event, but he broke away and wouldn't listen. So they used a Taser instead of, quote, "hand strikes, kicks, knees or baton hits, that would've looked like [they] were beating Meyer into submission."

--The two officers who restrained and Tasered him had been on administrative leave since the incident on September 17th. . . yesterday, they were reinstated.
