A kid went wakeboarding in the floodwaters in Franklin, Tennessee, about 15 miles south of Nashville. But the cops showed up pretty quickly and arrested him, and the kid driving the SUV that was pulling him.
Come on leave them alone...let 'em blow off a little steam!
