SELLING HIS LIFE ON EBAY! UPDATE!
UPDATE! The auction closed yesterday and Ian sold his entire life for just over $380,000 (about $120,000 less than he had hoped for)
You know the copycats would start right after this auction....here's the next one....it's from 42-year-old Deven Trabosh of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and includes her 4 bedroom home and her hand in marriage!
http://florence.en.craigslist.it/vac/725787925.html
Back in 2001, Ian Usher moved from Britain to Perth, Australia after marrying his girlfriend Laura. But everything went to crap last year when Laura dumped Ian after 12 years together . . . and found some other guy.
So poor Ian was stuck in the brand new house that the couple had built, surrounded by pictures of Laura and the stuff they had bought together.
Then one day Ian decided to stop moping and came up with a plan to ditch the reminders of Laura and start a new life. So he put his old life up for sale on eBay.
You heard that right . . . Ian is selling his entire life on eBay. His house, his belongings, and everything else from his old life, including:
A house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . . . including all the furniture, a spa, a home entertainment system, and a computer . . .
A 1989 Mazda 929 . . . a motorcycle . . . a jet ski . . . and a bicycle . . .all his camping, sky-diving, and camera equipment . . .and his friends. Yes . . . Ian's selling a meet-and-greet with 8 of his closest friends where you'll have the chance to take Ian's place.
And finally . . . Ian's selling his job. You get a two-week trial at Ian's old job at a rug store where he holds the coveted title of store assistant. The duties include lifting rugs and fetching coffee.
Ian says that after the winning bidder shells out the money to take over his old life, he'll walk out of his house with nothing but the money and a passport, take the first flight that's available . . . and travel the world to find a new life.
The last time we checked, the bid for Ian's life on eBay was up to $2.2 MILLION.

MEN ATTRACT DIFFERENT TYPES OF WOMEN BASED ON THE CARS THEY DRIVE!
Guys . . . if you got a car hoping to attract hot future models, but you're only attracting mothers of four with emotional baggage . . . you're probably giving off the wrong signal.
That's why dating coach DeAnne Lorraine looked at the five most popular cars leased by men (--according to LeaseTrader.com) and determined what kind of personality those men have and what kind of women they attract. Here's what she found:
CHEVY SUBURBAN. Guys who drive Suburbans like to travel and spend time with friends and family . . . which is why they attract women who are easy-going and family-oriented.
(--My take: Guys who drive Suburbans think hacky sack is a sport and enjoy spitting contests . . . and that attracts women who've been planning their wedding since high school.)
MERCEDES S-CLASS. These guys are classy, successful sugar daddies . . . so they get chicks who expect to be taken care of.
(--My take: Guys who drive an S-Class always drive ten miles below the speed limit and lie about shopping at Wal-Mart . . . and that attracts women who skipped college to pay for their fake breasts and can't locate North America on a map.)

TOYOTA CAMRY. Men who drive a Camry are solid, reliable and committed . . . and that attracts women who are uncomplicated, undemanding, and sweet.
(--My take: Guys who drive a Carmy are cheap and boring . . . and that attracts indecisive women who dress up their cats.)
CORVETTE. These guys are suffering from a mid-life crisis and trying to put out the "bad boy" vibe. So they'll attract naughty chicks who are impulsive and rebellious.
(--My take: Men who drive Corvettes haven't bought a new suit since the CLINTON administration and play fantasy baseball . . . that attracts women who still listen to POISON.)
FORD F-150. These guys are insecure but pretend to be tough. They attract women who are also insecure and rely on guys to make them feel safe.
(--My take: These guys are still afraid of the dark, and they drink anything with the word "extreme" in it . . . and that attracts clingy women who cry every three minutes and send text messages with phrases like "pookie".)

WHO WOULD BE IN YOUR DREAM BAND?
The video game developer Electronic Arts . . . which is one of the companies behind the game, "Rock Band" . . . recently conducted a survey to determine who would play in your ultimate, all-time DREAM BAND.
In the end, the late FREDDIE MERCURY . . . who was, of course, the lead singer of QUEEN . . . was named the singer of the "dream band".
No specifics on the voting process were released . . . but they say some of the other contenders were MICK JAGGER (of the ROLLING STONES) and the late KURT COBAIN (of NIRVANA).
JIMI HENDRIX . . . (--who died back in 1970) . . . was chosen as the band's guitarist, and FLEA, of the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS, was picked as the bassist. The dream band's drummer is the late KEITH MOON, from THE WHO.

NUGENT'S WORDS FOR YOUR GRAD!
Ted Nugent has written an op-ed piece in the Detroit News outlining for graduates the keys to leading a good life in America. Nugent writes, "What I am about to tell you will help you immensely throughout the rest of your lives if you commit to practicing Uncle Ted's proven modus operandi for a quality of life."
Work: Nobody owes you a thing. Everything you will get out of life will be based solely on what you put into it... The only free lunches are at the homeless shelter. If you want to dance, you have to pay the band. And you will get what you pay for.
Values: Never be afraid to let yourself go and exhibit unbridled raw emotion and enthusiasm. Emotions need exercise. March to the beat of making your own loud and obnoxious guitar-breeding noises no matter how many times they tell you to turn down and stop the feedback.
Politics: Be intelligently and effectively defiant. Defiance is the very spirit that gave birth to this country when our forefathers fought against overwhelming odds, signed the Declaration of Independence and fired the 'shot heard 'round the world.' If you have not made a few well-deserving idiots boil over in anger by the time you are 25, get busy. We live in a target-rich environment of liberal denial.
In closing he writes, "Trust your gut feelings. Only trust people who have earned your trust. Trust but verify. Never trust the French. Have fun. Life is not a dress rehearsal. Live smart, live good. Rock hard."
