Although this is the first time anybody is hearing about it, Dawn was actually busted back on October 18th of last year. Dawn was driving home from her own surprise birthday party in Teton County, Idaho, when she got pulled over for driving erratically.
The arresting officer said in his report, quote, "I exited my patrol vehicle and immediately was able to smell a strong odor of burning marijuana. As I approached the vehicle I noticed all four windows of the vehicle were lowered and the female driver was not wearing a jacket."
When the cop searched the vehicle, he found four partially-smoked joints and two cases used for storing marijuana. He gave Dawn a field sobriety test, which she failed.

Driving erratically? Give me a break! The only thing anybody could ever be accused of while smoking weed and driving, is driving a little too slow!
