Three years after it was first announced, Eric Clapton's Visual Anthology is still a work in progress. The producers have asked fans for rare photographs, video and film of Clapton prior to 1980 both on and off stage, and they have now placed an ad in his 2009 tour program. They are specifically looking for 8- and 16-millimeter home movies, video and photographs of Clapton from his days with The Yardbirds, John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, Cream, Blind Faith, Delaney & Bonnie & Friends and Derek & The Dominos, as well as from his solo career between 1970 and 1980, but particularly in the early 1970s.
