If you've paid even the slightest amount of attention to the Beijing Olympics, you're probably well aware that MICHAEL PHELPS broke MARK SPITZ'S record for winning the most gold medals at a single Olympics. Anyway, there's a famous picture of Spitz wearing all his gold medals . . . and the people over at "Sports Illustrated" thought it would be cool to have Phelps strike the same pose on the cover of their latest issue.
