Some Husker fans, and Husker haters, are making a big deal about this photo that was supposedly taken in the French Quarter after the LSU win in the BCS Bowl. People are saying that Bo was drunk wandering the streets celebrating the win....I kinda think it's just a bad picture and he doesn't look drunk to me. What do you think?
