This morning we talked about some of the worst Classic Rock cover songs of all time. Some of them were just funny and some were just sad. Why in the world would Bill Cosby try to cover "Sgt. Pepper" or Disney star Hillery Duff try to sing "My Generation" or God forbid Celine Dion trying to sound cool singing "You Shook Me All Night Long".

INDIANA JONES 4 IS REALLY GOING TO HAPPEN!

I'm a big fan of the Indiana Jones movies so when I heard they were going to do a fourth movie I thought..."Yea right!" It's been rumored for the last couple of years, but it does look like it IS actually moving forward. Here's what is being called the first picture of Harrison Ford back in his Indiana Jones gear. Looks like the same old Indy to me....I can't wait for the movie.

ROB LOWE HITS A BIRDIE!

Here's Rob Lowe after hitting a bird on his approach shot at a Des Moines charity golf Tournament. It wasn't just any bird, but a Gold Finch....the Iowa State Bird! Rob laughed it off and said only he would come to a golf tournament and kill the state bird.

I WAS ALMOST KILLED BY THE DEADLY CORN HUSKER SNAKE!

This morning I came out to my Jeep at about 3:30am to come to CD105.9 and there was a HUGH snake stretching from underneath my wife's minivan to under my Jeep! At first I thought it was a hose that was left out....but no is slithered under my Jeep and refused to leave. Finally, I got up the courage to confront the beast and with the help of my trusty garden rake I snagged the serpent picked him up and flung him into my neighbors yard. His grass is about a foot tall so it will be a good habitat for him.

So if you live in West Omaha be on the look-out for this deadly snake!!!!

NEW 2012 OLYMPICS LOGO CAUSES SEIZURES??

On Monday, London unveiled the logo for the 2012 Summer Olympics, which they're hosting. And there were two big problems: One, no one on Earth thinks the logo is anything but HIDEOUS. . . and two, it's causing SEIZURES.


An animation featuring the logo on the 2012 Olympic Games website had to be removed after the flashing neon colors caused more than 10 people in England to have epileptic seizures.

The London Olympic committee paid more than $800,000 to have the logo designed. . . it's supposed to be the numbers "2012" looking very diagonal and hip. . . but no one realizes it says "2012" until someone tells them. . . and it sort of looks like a SWASTIKA.

So far, the organizers are sticking with the logo. (Daily Mail / BBC)
